Spicy Hot Raw Mango Chutney

Try out the Spicy Hot Raw Mango Chutney with hot white rice and little ground nut oil. Give a great cherishing experience for your taste buds.

Ingredients:
Raw Mango,
oil,
chilli powder,
turmeric powder,
salt,
garlic,
curry leaves,
dry chilli,
fenugreek seeds,
jeera.

Preparation:

  1. Takes chopped mango slices, half tbsp salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder in mixer jar and grind it.
  2. Take 2 tbsp of oil and heat it in a pan. Now add a pinch of fenugreek seeds, jeera and chopped garlic. Let the garlic turn golden brown.
  3. Now add one dry chilli and some curry leaves into the pan.
  4. Slowly pour the raw mango pure into pan and add 1 tbsp of chilli powder and salt as per your taste.
  5. Let it cool in room temperature and then it will be ready to taste.
