Checkout the Ingredients to prepare the Delicious Mango Kheer: Milk, ghee, sugar, Dry fruits, Vermicelli, mango pulp and cardamom.
- Take 2 spoons of ghee in a pan and heat it.
- Now put 150gms of vermicelli in the pan and roast till it slightly turns golden.
- Pour milk into the pan and add very less sugar to it.
- Now keep stirring till the vermicelli cooks.
- Meantime also add the dry fruits of your choice. Once the milk is boiled turn off the gas burner.
- Add cardamom powder to increase the taste and let it cool.
Once cooled, add mango pulp to the kheer and refrigerate it. Serve chill and enjoy the max delicious mango kheer.
